Google termites, if they are on a bench made of wood. Take the pot and put it on grass dump the soil in a bag wash all the soil off with a sharp spray of the hose. Start out with a new pot, and new mix. Before you replant spray it off with soap and water or dip it into Clorox mixed with water and rinse, or alcohol diluted with water then drench and rinse off. Wash off the area where the plants sits, and make sure this bug is not into any thing else. I have never seen Silverfish hiding out in soil. Do they fly? Norma Soap mix, (real soap) not dish soaps 1-2 tbs per gal of water, Baby soap would do. Test this mix with ants, spray them then count slowly to 5 they should drop over dead if not add more soap. White King or Citrus soap would do well also. Wait 5 min. then rinse off plant. Norma
