OP with F1 tomatoes - seed saving

The tomatoes I grew from seed are OP since I want to try saving some seeds. I also received as a gift Early Girl and Ball's Beefsteak which are F1. If I plant them all nearby, can I still save OP varieties or will they cross with F1?
