Good ways to save eggplant seed?

I love the rosa bianca varietal and I am trying to save seed. Got a good specimen and carved the seed part out. they are tiny with pulp attached to them. I have it in a bowl hoping it will dry and the seeds will shake loose. Any advice on this? much appreciated...

I found information on how to save eggplant seeds from the following pages. It was interesting that you have to wait until the eggplant is too old to eat, good thing to know.
