My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

So many new things are starting to come into bloom just as there is a sense of something starting to fall. It's a love/hate kind of time when those seasons start to jockey for control. There's this brief time in betwixt and betweenst the two when one longs to just press pause and appreciate a little longer.
