I like it a lot, it's actually quite beautiful. Love the street lamp, and the front door and your lights seem big enough from here. I don't think it looks flat at all!

I agree, it's a darling house.

You could add shutters to the two 1st floor windows for balance. Use the same brown color as the top of the house. Paint the door in white , tan or beige for contrast.

The house is great. Maybe I'd replace the iron railings with something more substantial and you could change the color of the door to be a little brighter - maybe light cinnamon or bittersweet. I think the issue is the clumpy landscaping. Maybe there is a pro on here who could suggest something, but I'd think about removing the clumpy stuff and those hedges on the left. Fancy up the house number sign on the lamp post. If you can match the current light fixtures I'd try another one on the right of the door. Or maybe you can just start over with three new ones. You'll feel better about it if you just do something. It is cute and you don't want to infringe on the style too much.

HI --- The house looks great -- it is just as it should be . You could paint the whole front door area a smokey orange which would also fit with the time era of the house. Maybe adding to the landscaping in the spring but that's all I think.

How about just adding some fresh mulch and flowers to soften the look.

The one thing that jumps out to me is that the windows in the roof have no mullions. What about painting the trim around all the windows and the garage a light tan? Something that goes with the brick. Then the door could go a light green.

Definitely work on the landscaping. If nothing else, edge the beds. I also suggest that you fertilize the lawn and reseed if necessary, then trim and thin the bushes. I also think that the bed in the foreground should have dark mulch.

Would it be possible to move the satellite dish to the back?
