Recessed Lighting

Can you please provide the size of recessed lighting utilized for this bedroom. I am not a big fan of bulky recessed lighting. And, here they appear to be of a smaller dimension. I know there is different terminology utilized for specific sizes. Are these particular ones called "pot lights"?

They look like what I've heard them referred to as "can lights".
