Love the glass floor inset. Where can I purchase

The tempered laminated glass floor in front of the wine cellar is illuminated by LED strip lighting, and was an interesting feature our clients wanted to include.

We worked with a local glass supplier and artisan to create just the right finish on the glass floor.

If you are asking about the wine cellar floor, there are some polished river rocks placed along the floor of the unit. It does not create a condensation issue, just brings some visual interest and ties in finishing details elsewhere in the home. You can find these types of rocks at your local landscape supply store.

I noticed the cabinet is cooled, was their any condensation when cooling? Did you use a vapor barrier on the back wall? It looks like it's just the wood behind it?

Yes, there is a vapour barrier. The cooler has a fan which keeps the air circulating. There has been no negative feedback from the clients in regards to condensation. Black walnut was used for the millwork throughout the Wave House including the wine cooler, and was designed and installed specifically for this home.

Great work KBC Developments! We too have a metal horizontal display wine racking system called Label Link that is a brushed stainless steel finish - ours however is interchangeable from 1 to 3 links/bottles deep. So as long as you have the depth, you can start with single-deep and then extend the links as your collection grows!
