Has Fall arrived there?

Its def getting closer! Almost 70 degrees today! And you? Judy, if you're still there let me know right quick, I have a question for you.

Find something that you will want to hang there...since your bed is across from it...you will see it every night when you go to bed! I suggest a painting with a lot of those deeps reds. Add a decorative table lamp. You could you that vase and find a couple more vases in a different color and height and group them together.

Look at your local Hobby Lobby or picture store! If you want to keep the red, pick out something with hints of reds in it. Good Luck!

Here's a pleasing tableau for a dresser top...abstract art, ceramic vessel and great looking books and bookends.

I would stack some great coffee table books, put the vase on the side and perhaps a stand mirror to give the wall some interest on the opposite end of the vase. Also a decorative box or jewelry case of some type in a mirrored glass would look good.

I went to Etsy.com and typed in dark red art in the search engine and several choices came up that would be attractive.

If you own your home, make that wall a feature wall! Repeat the color around the room with a collection of vases, pillows, and a large scale print on fabric drapes or wallpaper, and a throw over a neutral chair.
