Are referencing Hesperaloe parviflora? I've read that aphids can be a pest on them. Tick looking and the fact that it is yellow assures me it isn't the Yucca plant bug.

I am still at war with the aphids rapidly multiplying on a plum tree, therefore I cannot personally even begin to give advice on how to eliminate them at this time :(

Near the bottom of the main page of this forum, type in 'aphids' and select 'entire site'... you'll have a lot of information to check out.

Thanks!! That's what my local garden center said they were as well. He gave me some stuff to put on them that he said will eliminate them overnight. I hope so!

These are aphid magnets some years. The one downside to the plant.
