Does anybody know what might be causing this?

Also posted in the pest forum

This is happening to the leaves of my zucchini, radish, squash, , cucumber, bell peppper, watermelon and to a smaller extent my strawberries and green beans. It has not effected the snap peas, tomatoes or lettuce. I have four beds and it effects the plants in each bed. I have a large raspberry bush nearby that is not effected.

I have sprayed with compost tea and spinosad. New leaves start looking like this within a few days.

I have looked all around and under the leaves, but I don't see any bugs or worms

Any help/suggestions are appreciated.
