Thanks for the feedback! I will be sure to post updates, I've already made some changes lol, mulched the path between the strawberry bed and tomato bed, added a small square because I had some scrap wood, pulled up th diseased shrubs dividing my property from the neighbors etc... Lol. Gardening is a never ending ever evolving process lol, love it!

Alys, I really just did that for visual interest. That and it cost less to fill it with soil that way :) I appreciate the compliment.

Looks great! strawberries look yummy! Is that this year's crop? I am first time gardener, so don't really know how much yield to expect and when :)
I love the idea of multiple levels and when I get to building my in ground raised beds ( I need to fence in that area before I build that garden though ) I will try to use your design.

That was just one day's picking from about the 20 in ground plants I have (not the raised bed that is pictured) I got about 3 gallons this season out of the 20 or so june bearer's I have planted in the ground. The raised bed of strawberries was put in very late last year, so they did not produce anything this year, but I hope to get about a quart or so out of each plant next season.

I will be sure to post some updates soon.

At some point, once I get the hang of it, I am going to plant blueberries and strawberries in ground. Those should keep producing year after year once established, right?

I believe blueberries will produce for a long long time, though I have never grown them. Though I understand it is often easier to grow them in large containers because they have picky soil requirements and you can control the soil easier that way. I think there are quite a few guys in the container forum that grow them so you can probably search out some good threads there.

Strawberries should produce well for at least 3 years, though they can remain productive a lot longer with some maintenance.

Some updates :). Things are going pretty well so far. Have had some caterpillar damage to my eggplants and lettuce, but overall not so bad. The lettuce is getting pulled at some point anyway to make room for the bush sugar baby watermelon vines.
