I don't have alot of experience w/ vines but I think you should give them more time.

Vines need tons of water and I would venture to say that you need to hand water them daily.

Thanks, I'll start watering them, though these past two weeks have been seriously wet ones.

Maybe some Miracle Grow or something would help.

I just wanted to say that they might just need the temps to heat up a bit... I have seen wisteria in the store and its not doing anything yet either.. a few had some buds but most were still dormant.. just a thought! jenn

Don't bother feeding them yet, you'll just be wasting the fertilizer. They won't be able to use it until they get going. Don't water them unless it gets dry, and if your neck of the woods is like mine, you've had PLENTY of rain. Too much water, especially in still-cold soil, can encourage rootrot diseases.

Basically you probably just need to wait for the weather to warm up and settle a little. If you're uncertain if they are alive, carefully scrape a twig with your thumbnail, going through the bark. If they're alive you'll see green inside the bark. If you see brown, scrape down on the main trunk just above the soil line. If it's brown there, too, they're DOA.
