I had this tomato in a decent sized pot, perhaps 8 gallons. I say "had" because I trash canned it; I wanted to wait until the few little green tomatoes got ripe first but it just looked too bad.

I had used a tomato problem solve located at: http://aggie-horticulture.tamu.edu/publications/tomatoproblemsolver/ and had decided that maybe/perhaps/possibly ... I can never tell looking at those pictures because they never look enough like what I'm trying to identify to remove doubt, which is why I'm here. :)

I thought perhaps it had Phosphorus Deficiency because of the red veins but it looks like it could have Curly Top(don't even see that one in there... I did search, and search and search).

And the fruit has something that may possibly be Bacterial Speck? You can click the image to see it full sized BTW.

I moved to Florida from Ohio about 14 months ago and have been "trying" to grow decent tomatoes ever since I got here. In Ohio it seemed I could just stick a plant in the ground and have nice tomatoes, no pesticides or anything.

Here it seems it's always bacteria, fungus, insects, heat etc. but... I keep trying... and will continue to do so. :)

That particular plant was a "Jet Star" BTW. The pot "probably" contained Miracle Grow, maybe moisture control, maybe not. It "may" have been used before, I don't know.

I'm hoping someone comes along that has had the same problem and knows for sure what it is.
