Oh wow, that is tough for sure. Based upon the evidence, there is something going on with your garden soil. I say that because your plants are healthy and happy UNTIL you plant them in your garden soil. Maybe Bacterial Wilt?

I don't know if this is your normal gardening spot or perhaps a new spot, and this is your first year gardening in that area. Have you planted tomatoes in that spot before and had success? Is the pH of the soil okay? Has your soil been tested for any deficiencies? Have you added anything to your garden soil recently? Lots of questions like my previous ones and also your gardening zone and state which would be helpful to know, too.

I know what I would do though. I would garden in containers until I had my garden soil checked out. Also, I would solarize my soil before I ever thought of planting there again.
