My tomato plant has developed problems and I can't figure out it is a deficiency of some kind or bacterial infection.

The leaves turn yellow then brown. There are black circular spots on the leaves, also some brown raised areas. On the stems there are black spots and now today, I see that there are gray spots on the fruit and one of the tomatoes has a black spot at the very bottom.

I have 10 pictures of the plant which show very well what I'm trying to describe.
