strange dark gray specks on leaves

My heirloom tomato plant has developed these odd, dark, blistery-looking spots on a few of its leaves recently. They seem to be randomly spaced (i.e. lower and upper leaves) with no yellowing areas. I have eleven other plants with no similar spots (yet), and so far all the unripened fruit looks okay. All the plants are in the ground and look green and vigorous with new growth coming in nicely.

I have been spraying once a week with Ortho Disease Control to keep any fungal attacks at bay. It has been very hot here in So. Calif. lately (90+), so I am watering every couple of days, being careful not to splash the leaves.

Could this be some kind of bacterial speck or perhaps a burn of sort (chemical)?

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
