Organic Death For Three-Lined Potato Beetle?

I have them. I want to kill them all. They are stripping my tomatillos of their leaves. I have tried squishing them which always works but I can't take the time to pick them off on a regular basis. I tried Safer insect soap but they and their larvae-babies are indifferent to it, or so it seems.
