My tomatoes got hit really hard this year but the ones that came up from seed seem to be doing fine. Do you think it could be the nursery I bought the starts from?? Is there any way to get rid of curly leaf???

I doubt it was the nursery.

Beet leafhoppers come in droves and sporadically and randomly so the ones you had already out could have been hit, and were, and the ones set out later from seed were spared.

Sadly, there is no treatment or cure for this virus infection which is true for all tomato virus infections.
