I believe that Stanley's Greenhouse had some earlier in the summer. You may want to give them a call to see if they still have some.

The Farmer's market vendors here in Nashville usually have them for a while in the Spring. You might check the local equivalent. Never been able to keep one more than a summer or two myself. They aren't fond of being forced into dormancy like my other tropicals.

Kmart had them last year. I bought a couple of the supposedly more hardy cultivars (assuming Kmart had them labeled correctly), planted and mulched them well, and watched winter kill them dead.

Just wanted to mention, if you have pets or small children, you should avoid oleander. It is extremely poisonous. I have read an anecdotal report of a dog being fatally poisoned when a leaf fell in the dog's water dish. Very dangerous plant. Should really come with a warning label.
