Its possibly Alocasia macroriza. Several plants get labelled as elephants ears sometimes alocasia or colocasia.

Parkway gardens in London Ontario has a big selection of both Alocasias and Colocasias and not just varieties of esculanta like "black magic". They also carry a lot of other interesting tropical plants.

THE FIRST OR TOP BULB IS THE UPRIGHT ONE WHICH I PREFER TO THE REG BECAUSE THE REG ON HAS A TENDENCY TO FLOP. ENJOY. RALFSMOM

The UPright EE seems to be taking it's time to sprout though, whilst the other has started sprouting with a number of "eyes"
