i have a monstera that has been growing beautifully for two years producing leaves like crazy (15 plus). It was in a bathroom but grew too big for the space. I repotted it and moved it to a hallway outside the bathroom where it has plenty of overhead, but not direct, light. The lower leaves were turning yellow so i stopped watering it and when the leaves were green, started again. To my absolute horror two leaves that were growing well suddenly stopped - the stem is healthy but about six inches from the leaf itself, it withered and died. The leave has unfurled and is brown and dead! what have i done! help! this is a gorgeous plant that i have lavished a lot of care on and now eeek! help!
