Hi, I was wondering if I can cut a Paulownia tree back to the ground now. I read you should cut them to the ground if you are mainly concerned about having large leaves and not the flowers. I'm just not clear when it should be done. With the frost we had, the leaves are gone for the year. It just looks like a big 10 ft. stick growing there. :) My DH calls it a weed, but I'd like it to come back...with the larger leaves. Thanks for any advice.
