I have heard good things about Wahib, but haven't tried it myself.
And I have never even heard of "Moscow Delicious", where did you get it?

Carla, I'm just curious but what OP varieties that have no bred in nematode tolerance have you found to be nematode tolerant?

Those varieties known to have some tolerance to pathogenic nematodes, whether hybrids or some OP's, such as Rutgers VFN, have had the Mi gene from S. peruvianum that's responsible for nematode tolerance, inserted into the chromosome so I wouldn't think that the normal OP's that most of us grow would have any S. peruvianum genes, as in the Mi gene. S.peruvianum is a totally different species from our garden tomato.

So if there are OP varieties that you or anyone else has found that are nematode tolerant in the absence of the Mi gene that would be interesting.

I got Moscow Delicious in a seed swap. It is listed on Tatiana's Tomato Base and Seed Savers Exchange. All I know about it is what I read there. I know a lot of people have grown Opalka, but I was curious about the other two.

Opalka and Wuhib I know well, but in the future please do consider Heidi and Mama Leone as good fresh eating paste types and Martino's Roma as well and maybe Tony's Italian.

I don't know of any Great tasting paste types, I really don't. ( smile)
