Mango Tree - Is this a pest or something else?

Just noticed this on my 3 year old glenn mango tree. About 1/4 of the tree has this spotting/discoloration/whatever it is on the leaves.
Tree has always been healthy and has grown to about 10 - 11 feet in 3 years, so if this is something I need to be concerned about, I want to fix it before it becomes a problem.
