My soil test came back this week, too, and my 6.6 pH wasn't as high as yours, but I posted this question about bringing the pH down a bit on the Organic gardening forum. You might find the responses helpful. There are several soil additives that you can put in the soil to bring it down to a level where most plants can use the nutrients in it.

You may adjust your pH lower (more acid) with applications of sulfur.

Sulfur is an mineral element mined from the earth and passes the organic smell test.

You should contact the lab that analyzed your soil samples and ask them exactly how many pounds or parts of a pound of sulfur to add to your garden soil per 100 square feet to reach the desired pH level.

Personally, I think 5.9 - 6.5 is about the range I'd want for tomatoes.
