95º in your house??? The heat is fine, mine is outside in 104º heat.
I'd plant it about 3/4 inch down in potting soil in maybe 1 gallon pots... They grow fast and are very large seedlings. I had them in 4" peat pots, and that wasn't enough. They like heavy watering, don't even let them dry out one bit.

Heathen: Do you any CRFG members? I am looking them to ask about the best suited lychee and longan varieties for south california or those which seems to do better in the Bonita, San Diego, CA area.

Good luck with those fussies ones.

By the way here in México, it is 110°F outside heat.

Make sure you remove the cocoa butter off of the seed or it can mold.

Patusho.... that is why I don't live in Mexico! :oD I love southern Mexico, but I refuse to go there in the summer... No WAY! :o) It's hot enough there in what they call "winter" though, how can you call 95º winter, I don't know.

Heathen: Indeed, it is too hot down there, but you can grow all tropicals and ultratropicals. And see rain year round.

Right now I am in Tijuana, getting a break from my 110 F.
