Saving Space

I've been growing out lots of seedlings of cherimoyas but I don't really have the space to plant many and I would like to see how the fruits turn out. So I've been experimenting with grafting seedlings onto seedlings, onto mature trees, planting them in the same spot, etc. Last year, I seen this old cherimoya tree that had one of the most interesting method of planting multiple trees in the same spot. This lady had planted 3 cherimoya trees that she wrapped around each other like a money tree. The tree is old(and large) so the different trees self grafted onto each other like one tree. Here's my own experiment with that, its still a small potted tree for now.

Anybody has other ways of saving space? I thought it was interesting thing to try.
