My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    There is no specific lighting above the art wall, just a center light with a glass bowl - very generic and standard issue for rental apartments. The two lights above the hearth are sconces - again glass bowls and standard issue.
