Does the corn gluten do a good job as an anti-emergent? Are you targeting crab grass and that sort of thing?

I have been puting corn (cobs and all) into my bin ever since I set it up and there certainly has to be some amount of gluten being processed. I have never heard of anyone believing that adding corn compromised the quality of their castings. I dont see that there would be any problem if you insure that there are no untouched pockets of gluten making their way into your finished product. Have you decided not to use it anymore for your lawn? Carmellia
