overwintered vine

I overwintered my caerulea in an unheated workshop and let it go dormant. I have now introduced it back outdoors,and it has been out for about 2 weeks. There is absolutley no sign of any new growth,although the actual vine is a greenish colour.Does anyone know how long this process takes? I am getting anxious, I would hate to lose this vine, it was stunning last year.

I've found with my PFs that the soil has to be around a constant 65F degrees to stimulate growth. Hope this helps.
