will it bloom this year?

20 years ago

I have FINALLY managed to get some Ipomoea Andersonii seeds to germinate and although only one has made it past the seed leaf stage I am excited. Does anyone know if this vine will bloom for me this year? Should I treat it as I would any other morning glory? Any help will be appreciated.
