I would suggest that you let most manures compost for awhile before adding it as worm food. At least let it compost past the heating stage.

Depends on how big the bed is and how many worms. You can put a few in the bed and let them get started on them. I add fresh horse apples to my beds and they dispose of them within a few days. My beds are big so them can get away from them if they want to. They usually attack them the next day after the bacteria get to working on them. You might have to mist them a little bit before if they are dry and hard. If the bed is small you might ought to compost them first.

goat droppings are pretty mild, won't hurt to mix a bit in just below the surface regularly, you'll soon see how fast they disappear
