It depends on what the bedding is. I know they sell the bricks of Coir for use in reptile cages and is the same as the Coir used for worm bedding that is sold by the worm farming businesses. You have to read the back of the label where it describes what is made of to see that it is coir. It doesn not have to be pre composted. Just soak it in water (non cholorinated), ring it out and use it.

I mean used bedding from reptiles and small animals. They are not coir but saw dust and paper dust pellets with the animals' waste.

Should be OK, may want to watch how much poop there is in relation to bedding ... may heat up. If you have a large bin you could put the reptile bedding on one side giving the worms a place to escape if it heats up. Also, if there are any medications being given to the reptiles you may want to check how that would affect worms.
