Use as much as you want, you can't burn your plants. The only thing I've heard, is when mixing into the soil you shouldn't exceed 50% worm castings mixed into the dirt. Plants can grow directly in 100% castings, but they grow better if in a 50/50 mixture of dirt & castings.
