Is colored cardboard ok to use as bedding?

17 years ago

I want to use colored cardboard, i.e cereal boxes, ziploc bag boxes, shipping boxes etc... for my bedding that I would otherwise recycle, are the dyes and stuff from the coloring bad for the worms?
