microtoms, genetics, light levels question

I am searching for the holy grail.

I grew a microtom since... late december inside the house.

It gets very little light, and even less direct sun.

It seems happy with the way things are.

Not leggy or anything. Nice green, making little toms.

Is that normal?

Or is it just because its dwarfed?

I was thinking you could cross microtom

with some other larger deteminate and maybe

get a house plant that produces tomatos out of it.

Toms 24/7/365.

Is dwarfism gene recessive?

Am I aiming too high here?
