Our bathroom in our new house was green and purple and broken up into two separate rooms. We opened it up by getting rid of the door. My husband did all the tiling, heated floors himself. He even built the bamboo floating cabinets and built in shelves on the right hand wall by the shower. The only thing he didn't do was the granite. It feels so much more airy and inviting now.
