I live in SoCal but near the beach. I would be impressed to see those bugs. I grow plumeria, palms and orchids, gardenias so I guess thats semi tropical. How do you upload an image link. are there directions somewhere? I cannot figure it out.

Type "How to post pictures" (without the quotes) in the search box at the top of the page. There will be a number of different ways given to post pictures. I use the Photobucket way.

I too live near the Beach in San Clemente - I usually find them when I am out in the garden thinning it out. Last week I brought in some cuttings and sometime later in the week a stick bug was crawling on my floor. Guess he was on one of the branches that I clipped - they are hard to see - well camoflauged.
