So far I have only seen a photo in a book by Dick Raymond. I did find an article from a google search which gave a description: This lightweight tool is specially designed to remove weeds near closely spaced plants in beds. It has six stainless-steel tines in an arc that can be adjusted from three inches to nine inches across, and an easy-to-grip, detachable handle.
It had an e-mail address and a url to a website, but the e-mails bounces and the page comes up not found :(

Let me know if you find a source for this tool. I have had no luck in locating one myself.

I recently sent a request to troybuilt concerning the in-row weeder. They sent back this message. Still a dead end, I might try Murray who bought out Gardenway's debree, it does not look good.

Did anyone find a source for Dick Raymond's In-Row Weeder?

I, too, am looking for an In-Row Weeder. Read about it in "COUNTRY WISDOM & KNOW-HOW: Everything You Need to Know to Live Off the Land" by Editors of Storey Books. The In-Row Weeder recommendation must be out of date as that corporation has a sketchy website and not much to go on. If anyone can find such a weeder hoe, puhleese...let me know!

This tool would not be difficult to duplicate if someone has one and can get me a few measurements. Lets try it. Larry

Where can I get hold of Dick Raymonds In row Weeder

Please help me find this tool. It is the perfect tool for weeding and cultivating. We use them at the Vanderbilt Gardens and I would like one for my home.

I cannot find either but there are several similar tools available on Johnny's Select Seed or I found one called the Groundskeeper 2 rake which looks similar. You can remove some tines for narrower applications or to remove the center to work both sides around a row. This one is cheaper and looks like it is more flexible by easily removing tines.
