Weed ID - chickweed?

Hello - can someone tell me what kind of weed this is? It's shallow-rooted and seems to come up everywhere - I can't seem to keep up with all the pulling. If it is left to grow, it has tiny white flowers at the end of the stem. Thanks in advance for any help.
