Do you wet the dandelion w/water first?

17 years ago

I have a weed killer called triple threat.All it says on directions is to saturate weed plant and no rain with in next 24 hours.

I read in a previous thread to wet or water the weed first then go back and hit it with the weed killer. Is this true,or would it be just as effective to treat it dry?
