The backyard we inherited is covered in English Ivy (some poison ivy here and there, too). This winter, I had someone come and pull all of it up. It, as expected, came back. I would now like to spray the new crop with something powerful.

What brand/concentration works best to spray English Ivy? I have researched the threads, but can't find anything specific. Also, for what you recommend, should I add some dishwashing liquid to the mix? If so, how much?
