I thought these were butterfly weed (milkweed) but I'm not sure because of the leaf shape. They are at my neighbors and I'm trying to fill in a large, dry, clay sloap with native plants/weeds. Any ideas what these two plants are and if they should be moved or just tossed?

The top is a different plant from the bottom two pictures. The bottom two are the same plant.
