A weed planted on purpose, but what is it?

Hi,

I found this tiny plant with pretty salmon colored flowers growing in a crack in the street. I pulled it and planted it in a raised bed. It comes back every year and the flowers are no more than 1 cm wide. But I can't find out what it is. Can someone ID this one?
