So THAT's where they all are!! There is just almost nothing here (S-W Quebec) so far, save for a lonely Northern oriole in the apple tree... And I had EVERYTHING for my backyard bird bliss at the same time last year! But the weather is pretty bad (Easternly high winds and scattered rain), so insect-eating species must not be in too much of a hurry to get to the North I figure...

hello from ireland, just came in from a days birding in the garden...got some good pictures of the Collared dove, Dunnock, House sparrow, and the european robin,....i am new to this group so was delighted to find a site like this to share my photos and experiencies with other people

With this nasty weather I'll be lucky if I even peek out from under my umbrella (sigh). It is cold and rainy and will be all week. I haven't seen the warblers again; even in the park all I've spotted is a yellow warbler all week. They must be on their way - let me know when they arrive, roseunhip!
