please help with weed id

hello,

I have this EXTREMELY aggressive overtaking a corner of my newly planted KBG lawn. I'm on my 3rd mowing and most weed killers say 4th cut so I looking for a good attack plant to get rid of this weed. The weed seems to spread by underground runners and the new growth is red/purpleish
