Top picture looks like virgina creeper. Second to last maybe some kind of aster? Maybe creeping charlie on bottom left?

Yes,first is definitely Virginia Creeper. Lovely plant in the right place. I'm curious as to what is in the middle of it?

Second is a little more V.C, and some Bedstraw or whatnot--a Galium species.

Third one (yes, isn't it lovely!) might be Pennsylvania Sedge, it certainly has that look. You would need to check closer to be sure, though. Some of the fescue lawn grasses that like shade can also stay that short without mowing, I think.

Fourth one might be Enchanter's Nightshade, IF the picture was taken a little while back. (It is blooming in N. IL now). Otherwise, bob64 might be right, though none of my asters look like that (but then there are scads of asters!), or ?

Last one is definitely (*$#!*!)Creeping Charlie on left, some more of whatever Galium species on right (it feels kind of clingy, like velcro, right?) BTW, common name Bedstraw is because it has a pleasant, fresh aroma when dried and was used to stuff mattresses in the olden days!
