I live in the Italian Alps (we take our 150 dairy cows each year on a summer vacation to )and recently came across Rhodiola Rosea growing in the wild. Does anyone know the procedure for washing, drying and using (quantity) this plant without destroying its valuable properties and without getting a tummy ache from taking too much.
