No, we've never had camellias.

It would help to know the area ( state, etc) where these are growing.

Those don't look like any weed I've ever seen.

I've checked all the weeds in the category of opposite leaves at the site sirmatthew suggested, but none seem even similar to the plants I have.

Does anyone sit and each citrus fruit near the plant? Is similar to citrus seedlings.

I think they just may be some citrus seedlings.
We have neighbors with cats that always come and use our garden as their own personal litter box.
So I did some research and found out they don't like citrus peels so we started putting our peels on the bare patches in our garden.
Maybe we put some seeds there too.

A "weed" is a plant that you do not want growing where you do not want it. For some people Queen Annes Lace is a "weed" while others it is a desireable plant, if we could only get it to grow where we want it. For some people Dandelions are cash crop, while for many others they are a "weed". Only you can determine if what you have is a "weed" or a desireable plant.
