I have a very sticky weed in my large garden in Pollock Pines, Northern California that sticks to clothes. It a small seed with spiny legs and looks like a bug. It grows on a foot high plant that has of thin leaves. When I go out, I come back covered with it. Last month I could not even walk out beyond the deck. It is truly obnoxoius. If you try to brush it off, it leaves its invisible thorns in your hands to feel for the next ten days. It grows with the grasses and I dont know what it is called. Is there is source of weed information for the El Dorado County? Does nanyone know what it is and what to do about it?
